             The Physical Education staff at Country Club Middle School has the unique opportunity to develop a new and exciting Physical Education program.  With the help of parents, students and teachers we hope to develop one of the best physical education programs in the country.

             In compliance with Title IX, all activities (except certain contact sports) will be offered to both boys and girls.  Our yearly plans are based primarily on the philosophy set forth by the M-DCPS system.

             Each student will be provided with a variety of team, individual, and lifetime activities.

             It is our mission in the band department to teach students the basic fundamentals of music and to give them the tools not only to play music but also to live a colorful and fruitful life.

             It is our mission in Business Computer Technology to teach students now and for the future to understand, prepare, and use technology to their advantage throughout their lives.

             The mission of our Art Appreciation Class is to engage students with opportunities to explore art forms of different ethnicities and cultures across time.  My students will stress the importance of personal artistic response and personal creation in conjunction with careful craftsmanship.  The students utilize art as a method for learning, personal production, thinking and growth.  They apply focus to their work, thus producing quality products and achieving personal growth.
